1 Introduction

• Registering an account under another person's name or with false information is not permitted.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person will be automatically closed.

Jetbeen reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend an existing account at any time if it is determined that a user has violated, or is likely to violate, these terms and conditions.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jetbeen follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe and transparent gaming environment. Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal or at the request of Jetbeen's management.

The following documents are typically required for identity verification:

Jetbeen is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during a game. The result recorded in the server log is considered final. If you wish to dispute a game result, you must contact support within 72 hours.

• All participation must be fair and in accordance with the game's terms.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited directly to your account.
• Playing games using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in the game system is not permitted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jetbeen platform. Any user found in violation will have their account immediately closed and their funds may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Colluding with other players or attempting to hack the system.
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the verification process.
• Cyberattacks or DDoS attempts against the platform.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

Where necessary, Jetbeen will cooperate with the relevant law enforcement authorities and may pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent activity.
